Challenge Success School Partnership
Partner with our team to improve student well-being, engagement, and belonging in your school community.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE SUCCESS SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP?
A collaborative change process
The Challenge Success School Partnership is an inclusive, community-driven collaboration. Rooted in the Challenge Success Change Process, our shared goal is to increase student well-being, engagement, and belonging.
This approach is a research-backed way to prioritize student mental health and wellness in your school while also addressing disengagement with learning and increasing school connectedness.
Together, we will center the student experience and gather and interpret community-voice data. From there, we will co-design research-based, equitable policy and practice changes tailored to your community’s needs.
Ultimately, our aim is to create community-specific outcomes that demonstrate positive youth development, including:
- Increased WELL-BEING,
- Deeper ENGAGEMENT with learning, and
- Enhanced BELONGING,

Our vision is that each student is valued for their unique identities, assets, and individual definition of success, and all students are supported to lead healthy, balanced lives.
