We know how difficult it can be to find one-on-one coaching services for principals, deans, superintendents, and other administrators. We are thrilled to share that our new Leadership Consultation package offers support and relevant insights from the field to guide strategic, forward-thinking planning and decision-making. Through thought partnership and collaboration, we will:
- Meet monthly to discuss the most pressing needs for your role and your community. Whether you are considering changing your homework policies, adjusting the bell schedule, or need help engaging families, our coaches are here for you.
- Co-design a full-day on-site visit for professional development, strategic planning, leadership team retreats, or other critical conversations where having a Challenge Success coach by your side would provide the extra support you need.
- Provide access to our robust Resource Portal for tips and strategies to ensure you have tools that are trusted by schools across the nation to impact your community.
